Well we have no idea how our NAP might have faired yesterday as the white stuff caused the abandonement of the race!

    NAP of the day

    1705 Newcastle – Land Legend 11/8

Easily best effort last time out and giving the impression still unexposed and wanting 10f, interesting at a fair price.

What a day yesterday!! 4 1st rated winners at Cheltenham for you punters on Day One, and did you take my advice to lay Facile Vega and get on Marine Nationale once he drifted out? hope you did because you’d have cleaned up to set yourself up nicely for the rest of the card. I had my most profitable start to the festival ever so really, really happy there, Day Two here we come!!!!

If any of you guys and gals are ‘layers’ todays opener at Cheltenham might just present the perfect start. Facile Vega, currently clear favorite and pretty much 2/1 everywhere (3.2 Exchanges) has been slowly coming in this morning, that value will dry up and a drift is likely either before the off or most definately in-play.

The much touted Marine Nationale has been drifting this morning but money will come for sure – take the value at 6’s.Looks like it’s going to be a pretty good day!

Another one to keep an eye on is Inthepocket, Henry De Bromheads charge has been steaming in (22’s into 9’s) definately going to retrace back out – fill those boots! lay it now and wait for the drift then back it in, and potentially rinse and repeat – kerching.

    Nice 5 length winner yesterday.

    NAP of the day

    1630 Sedgefield – Applaus 11/2

Thriving at present, track shuold suit, effective at this distance, goes well with a bit of cut in the ground, head gear on today, should be close!

So today marks the start of the greatest show on turf! Hope you are ready, research done, ground a bit softer than we would have liked on day one but it is what it is, so go fill those boots.. Cheltenham marks the opportunity to make more money in a week than the average punter will make all year.. Good luck guys and gals!!!!

Well, might have been the one to beat yesterday but beaten he was!!

    NAP of the day

    1425 Plumpton – Bolsover Bill 6/4

Consistent, suited by 2m4f, will like the give in the ground, head gear on today, could prove tough to peg back if taking an early lead!

    Easy winner yesterday (12l)

    NAP of the day

    1625 Wolverhampton – Roberto Escobar 11/8

Not seen in over a year but in good form going close despite needing the race then, 2m1f should be no issue, first run on Tapeta, solid claim forms!
