Comfortably held in a novice over 2m at Warwick last time, usually held up, likely improver up in trip now handicapping, big chance here!!

Well backed when landed handicap by 11 1/2 lengths off 68 at Brighton lkast time out, remains well treated on old form, handles heavy, can complete the four timer!
1700 Nottingham – Temper Trap 13/8
Landed handicap at Redcar last tim eout winning by over 3 lengths, looks in good shape, hat trick seeker, big chance!
ModeratorWell Lady Gwen ran a blinder, couldn’t quite find enough to win but nice return on the each way/place market anyway! (8/1 advised, 6/1SP)

1553 Southwell – Asian Star 4/1
Probably need the race when 5 1/2 lengths 3rd in a novice hurdle over 2m1f at Newton Abbot last time out, highly tried in bumpers, most probably wants further but entitled to be there or thereabouts!
1600 Kempton – Treacherous 3/1
Poorly drawn down the field in a handicap at Bath last time out, usually held up, likes it here, down in grade so an opportunity!
Moderator1518 Exeter – Lady Gwen 8/1
Below par and well beaten in a handicap hurdle at Newton Abbot last time out, trainer in form, usually held up, good mark on 2023 hurdle form, yard usually does better over fences, interesting at a price!
Moderator1638 Worcester – Lady Henrietta 10/1
Showed promise in bumpers and much more on final qualifying run over hurdles when finished well over what looked an inadequate trip! Interesting when handicapping off likely basement mark.
Moderator1505 Southwell – Ismael
Hurdles winnerat the turn of the year, ran well for a long way on seasonal reappearance before fitness gave way on quicker ground than ideal. Starts chasing off what looks a generous mark, looks good each way/place value with recent rain in his favour.

A slow start in a Chester sprint is never ideal, least not on debut. This relatively expensive purchasde travelled okay after and came home well. Today’s race is an ordinary novice so should be there for the taking. Market may guide!
2040 Lingfield – Basilette 10/3
Ran to form here but hung badly left before stying on strongly giving the impression could have done better! areturn to further on a more conventional track could help this bumper winner find a bit more!

1440 Cheltenham – Lone Star 12/1
Enjoyed productive spring in 2023 and she has dropped to an attractive mark as the season approaches once again, looks very interesting now with better ground ahead.
1645 Newmarket – Liam Swagger 20/1
Rear ender and ran green on debut run, repeatedly denied a clear run in the home straight, looks better than bare form on what was a promising debut, further trip and drying ground could suit. Not without an each way chance!
1720 Newmarket – Pearle D’or 6/1
Probably raced on the wrong side at Ascot when travelling like the winner in the final furlong and clear of the others on the far side. Could offer more in a fairer run race today!
ModeratorBig, big money for our market mover yesterday, obviously big things were expected from him but it lkooks like the heavy ground got the better of him and was pulled up. One for the bookies sadly!

Outpaced before flying home in race dominated from from on chase debut. Well treated on hurdle form and shouls be in the winners enclosure soon now upped in trip.
1800 Wolverhampton – Alreet Cha 14/1
Two very quiet runs to date, last time out a very gentle ride into midfield at Newcastle when reportadly meeting trouble in-running. Open to market improvement.

Made chase debut from lowly mark and ran well for a long time over stretching distance. Capable of better now dropped in trip, interesting!
