1425 Musselburgh – Sporting Press 5/2
He’s an odd one but stay with me on this – Form very in and out but acts on good to soft, not the most fluent jumper and pulled up last time out. Keith Dalgleish has a good record here with his runners and jockey Danny Mcmenamin claims a further 5lb, not without a chance and opened at 6/1 so currently there is market support – add to your watch list!
1900 Chelmsford – Invisible Storm 7/1
Probably best as an each-way chance, loves the AW and is proven at this trip. Wears headgear for the first time tonight, returning from a break so may just need the race.

Very unlucky last time here, well handicappeed given the right conditions, more suited to here than the more galloping AW tracks, big chance.

Second start tonight and likely to improve on last times 5th place. Relatively speedily bred, good jockey booking and trainer in-form. Likely to go well.
1330 Ascot – Fred 11/8
Second start over hurdles, acts on good to soft. Didn’t hurdle too well last time, settling an issue. Trainer in form and worth a shot!

Running well of late, proven at this trip, has a good attitude, trainer in form, should go well!

Yard with few runners, been in superb form lately. This horse loves Cheltenham and the trip and going no issue. Should be in the mix.

Opened at 6/1 backed into EVS, proven at this trip, not the most fluent hurdler acts on heavy so looks in with a chance here!

Smart hurdler, looked like a winner on chase debut when coming down. Likely to make amends today, good chance.

Won this last year off a mark of 129 (130 today) Had the benefit of previous runs then but goes well fresh and obvious chance of repeating.
1530 Sandown – Brother Tedd 9/2
Showed retained ability when back from break last term well handicapped on that. Up in trip here but has shaped as if this will suit.
Moderator1440 Aintree – Rosy World 9/4
Running well of laste, performs best on soft. This is a bigger test of stamina and could suit. Good jockey, market movements could prove insightful!

Steamer from 11/1 this morning, returns from break and market may be a suggestion he’s fit for the break! Not without a chance.

Green and outpaced last time, but travelled well into the race 2f out, couldn’t get a run until too late. Finished fast and much better than bare form. Second start, should win!

Things didn’t go to plan on seasonal reappearance when nearly fell. Unexposed today and key jockey booking. Should go close!

Okay, so yesterday we had a great winner that didn’t quite fit the NAP criteria but was worthy of a mention. Most days my software will turn out a few ‘Eyecatchers’ horses that due to perhaps NR’s or going change or may even be steamers (those that are getting very well backed) So, this section will be updated throughout the day and evening with any suitable selections and of course some preamble from me as to why I think they are worth a look.
Times vary as to when these will turn up and sometimes may be close to the off, so check back regularly or turn on the ‘Notify me’ box on this page!
Just hoping to add a little bit more value in to the mix.
