ModeratorPlease tell me somebody was on yesterday’s Eye-catcher? 12/1 when posted only went and hosed up by 13 lengths (17/2SP) huge payout!!!
One to keep a close eye on……
1652 Galway – Shotgun Jack 12/1 -WON
Outpaced before keeping on under tender handling on handicap debut, mark looks fair and of interest now upped in trip, keep an eye on the market.

NAP of the day
2030 Chelmsford – So Sleepy 11/8
Impressive C&D win last time out, up 6lb but can defy, big chance in what looks average contest.

ModeratorHope you guys followed yesterdays Eye-catchers, especially Bold Ribb at Lingfield, 10/1 when published, only went and won and steamed in to 7/2SP, really, really happy there as its been really testing of late!
1750 Lingfield – Bold Ribb 10/1 – Won
AW winner in Ireland, unexposed on turf and likely winner soon!
1745 Wolverhampton – Star Of St Louis 7/2 – Won
Down to a handy mark and given lots to do when wide throughoput at Chelmsford when probably wnating further.
2000 Dundalk – Keepers Heart 6/5 – Won
Very nice sort, moves well and stayed late on on 7f debut, should improve, sound surface and 1m+ should suit.

1355 Lingfield – Climate Action 6/4
Good debut effort in 1m Ascot novice, repeat of that could be good enough even without factoring in any potential improvement!

ModeratorWhat an awful race that was for our NAP yesterday! should have won with plenty in hand but the heavy ground was just a step (or stride) too far! the top three, 14/1, 40/1 and 33/1 tells its own story!
NAP of the day
1500 Exeter – Snipe 11/4
Impressive winner on chase debut, that form franked, 6lb rise looks lenient, can follow up!

ModeratorNAP of the day
1625 Windsor – Andromedas Kingdom 11/8
In good form, won soft ground Classified Stakes lat time out (class 5, Beverley 1m) big chance in what looks a weak affair!

ModeratorOne to keep an eye on!
1725 Wolverhampton – Princess Alice 3/1
Green on debut and had to wait for cutaway to make run and then took a moment to pick up. Finished fast and may have won given more experience.

ModeratorAnother day of slogging through the mud! take care today if you are on anything as its going to throw up some strange results for sure!
The big meeting of the day at Ascot goes ahead and currently is running good to soft!

ModeratorNAP of the day
1620 Catterick – Legal Reform 13/8
In top order after landing the hat-trick back in the Spring, went close last time out on heavy ground (2nd), remains progressive, conditions not an issue, solid claims!
Richard Levett
ModeratorWith the weather playing havoc with the racing today and just the one card this afternoon it was best left alone!!!! On the plus side, we bagged four winners at Redcar in the mud!!!!
Richard Levett
ModeratorWell I did say the ground was a bit of an unknown for oiur NAP and sadly he didn’t take to the soft conditions yesterday!
NAP of the day
1640 Wetherby – Sea The Clouds 2/1
Progressive and unexposed at 3m, stiff track should suit, up 4lb but still the one to beat.
Richard Levett
ModeratorSo, so close yesterday, beaten by a neck!
NAP of the day
1600 Leicester – Chris’s Mate 5/2
Narrow defeat off 45 last time over a mile, ground a bit of an unknown, but big chance if repeats that form!
