Hi Ben, yes it is me that will answer your question/s. Firstly those figures were worked out by me when working out my own ratings system, and secondly, and most importantly, let’s put it into context. If you bet on every first rated horse in every race each day, and using the quoted/ published 9000 + races and betting at £10 level stakes, you would have had to wager over £93k, yes, £93k! The average profit per month is approx £1200, or £42 per day. That’s not to say that every day is profitable. Some days see heavy losses, and sizeable betting bank would be the only way to ride out the loss.

Here’s an example, not a good one but this happened, November 2015, total monthly profit betting all 1st rated: £103.32, from 25 days racing and a total of 935 races in the month. This would have required £9350.00 of wagering for £103.32 profit. Now this was a bad month, others are more profitable but tbe same wagering requirements apply. I wouldn’t recommend it. From a marketing exercise, it highlights what is possible not what is advised.

I’ll have plenty of examples for you very soon, I promise, I’m wading my way through it for you all. Long on ideas, short on time!
