ModeratorBarry here is a copy of that quoted email. No where does it advocate this as a strategy, it shows and I quote, exactly what I found out, the breakdown for each month will be published, unfortunately there is only one of me, and just to clarify for the umpteenth time, this is not a strategy just what would have happened between June 15 and June 16, and if you had 93k to wager then that is what you would of made.
“It’s a little later in the day than I intended but yesterday I sent you some stats from the TPS ratings and promised that I’d have something really exciting to share with you. Well here it is…..
We’ve just finished compiling ALL results for the past 12 months from our 1st rated horse (Yes all 9,336 of them)
Did you know that placing just £10 on every 1st rated horse produced a profit of +£15,979 to SP!!
Total races: 9,336
Winning 1st Rated Only races: 3,364
Strike Rate: 36.03%
Profit: £15,979.95 (@ £10 per point, 1 point level stakes)
Yet another reason to join the best ratings service online!”
> Join TPS Ratings for just £34.99 per Month

ModeratorFirstly Betting on all 1st rated horses or even dutching both selections has never on here or on the betinfo24 site been marketed as a viable strategy based amongst other things on the wagering requirements alone.
Both Jason, Matt and myself (who ran these numbers) has ever advocated this as a strategy. It was as I’ve written many times worked out by myself whilst working on my own ratings system. I was suprised to see how it coukd work but secondly it boils down to what type of better you are.Punter or Investor (I’m the latter) never placed 10, 20, 30 or 100 on the nose in the hope it might win.
Thirdly and most annoyingly I get very surprised how damning and bitter people can be on here if it just hasn’t worked for them. Numbers are numbers, stats are stats. Don’t bet blind. Workout, stick to a strategy that works don’t keep tweeking it if at first profit targets aren’t reached. And don’t bet on every bloody horse unless you’ve git a spare £200k.
Contribute, add some value. Grow this forum. Im in regular contact with at least half a dozen people on here outside of this forum because they don’t feel comfortable writing their thoughts and concerns in case of some backlash.
I’m clearly not bothered! But negatively is a disease. Onwards and upwards but damn me hell if you must.

ModeratorThink about using Skybet for Goodwood and Galway.
“Don’t forget about our incredible offer giving you money back up to £25 as a free bet if you lose in the 2.00 at Goodwood.
We also have two extra place races availabletoday. We’re paying 5 places instead of 4 in the 4.20 5f sprint at Goodwood and 4 places instead of 3 over in Ireland at 7.20 where the Galway Festival continues. Plus, we’re now Top Price on Every Favourite across the cards at both Goodwood & Galway.”
