Rob – My Mate Max can stay the 550 trip, he’s better class than the opposition and has winning form over 515 at Hove. An early lead won’t be relinquished. Mark Wallis Garryglass Champ is another with a distinct drop in class and he can break a run of second places recently with a win in the last heat. He should relish the 550 trip!

Good luck all and a special nod to Jacqueline this morning, spot on re: this forum, it was as you say a lonely place but now it’s growing nicely, we do still only have 120 something active voices on here though, there are many more members out there, so we need to coax them out!

Carl. On the positive side of things £102 for the day is still a healthy daily total.

BOG are fine to ensure you squeeze out the extra profit but rarely compare to prices on the exchanges even factoring in the 5% commission most will pay.

It doesn’t stop there, 5 from 6 at Leicester and another 1-2 finish.

All Sunday ratings UK and Ireland published by 12pm, I’m out from 7 am at a hockey final with my son Southampton U12’s vs Bournemouth U12s. It’s gonna be tight, can’t find the odds available on any bookie sights though! Lol. If I started a book for it, I’d give you evens on both, both teams to score 1/2. My son to score the winner 5/1, under 2.5 goals 3/1.
