Between you, Elisabeth and myself we did pretty well, Elisabeth got the winner at 8/1 SP I had Cross Step as my 2nd Rated today at 9/1, but the crème de la crème goes to 3rd place Sovereign (Stan)!!!!

ModeratorGlad you’ve all bashed the bookies this weekend. 5 from 7 at both Hamilton and Newmarket, and some lovely priced winners too. Mr Lupton @ 10/1 and Way of Wisdom @ 5/1 both at Newmarket, and Genres 5/1 @ Hamilton.
Leopardstown, just 2 winners, but yet again 6 from 8 placed. Fortunately at odds that still made a profit ( Raymondo 6/1, Captain Hardship 8/1 ( I know some of you got 15 + on Betfair, well done guys! and Diodorus 6/1)
See you next Sunday.

ModeratorWell, the two races I was most concerned about this morning at Leopardstown (1000 Guineas Trial and The Derby Trial) haven’t fayre too badly. Bean Feasa our 1st rated wins the 1000 Guineas Trial @ 10/3 SP and both our selections for the Derby Trial finish 2nd and 3rd @ 13/8SP and 9/4 SP respectively.
On different note, my beloved Southampton have somehow nicked a point up at Anfield! For you stats fans, Liverpool have faced Southampton four times this season, and haven’t scored a single goal!!! Ha!

ModeratorWell done Jacqueline, not everyday we bag those (10/1 SP)
Thought Rhodedendron was nailed on this morning, have to settle for both our selections placing! So, a good Sunday, so far!!

ModeratorSo close to an 8/1 winner at Leopardstown, Captain Hardship beaten by a neck! Still makes a small profit in the place eachway/place market.

ModeratorJonathan, always nice to hear from new members, so firstly, welcome, and you’ve come to the right place to get the best advice on the internet (lol)
Okay, so time is your biggest constraint, and not knowing what your appetite for risk is, I’m just going to offer up the following advice, again not knowing your betting bank etc, etc, I’d start with following Carl’s double match. These selections are easy for you place in a few minutes, then just get on with your day and check back when you return home from work. It is a very consistent strategy for growing your bank steadily. Try it for a month, using stakes you are comfortable with. (not knowing your level of experience etc, if you need help with staking plans, betting bank stake calculations etc, again you’re in the right place to ask)
If you get time, just pen a few lines on what type of better (I prefer investor) and we’ll go from there.
