Hi guys, the daily results become to consuming and the work load was to much which meant we could no longer keep producing them I’m afraid.

Maybe we could come up with other solutions in the future.

    Any suggestions also welcome

    Guy’s it’s really not difficult to understand….

The official TPS Ratings are highlighted on each race card and the top 3 rated horses have a ‘rating’ in the ratings column.

R1, R2, R3 are Richards selections which are just a bonus, they are not reflected in the official results. Some members like to use these a strength indicator if they are the same as the official ratings!

As it’s causing confusion we will remove Richards R1, R2 and R3

Mario the way we play it is Target 1.15 of the bank MAXIMUM Total stakes for the combined bets is 10 times the target. So in your case £500 bank = £7.5 daily target Maximum total stake = £75.
If you run for 4/5 races the total stakes must not exceed £75. If your final race has odds which mean you would exceed the maximum you can wait until another race odds allow you to bet your final amount to the total of £75 if so you can make the final bet. if not you write off a loss for the day. Loses will occur but they are very far and few between and the overall ratio of wins to losses are in your favour for the long term.

    IMPORTANT UPDATE:

We are changing the way in which we provide our ratings and we would like your input.

We have been working closely with our developer and we are now in a position to provide full race cards for every race, something which a lot of you have requested over the years.

We want you to get the best out of our ratings so we would like you to vote on how we provide our ratings.

    1. We highlight our 1st and 2nd rated selections on each race card

    2. We enter an actual ‘rating’ figure next to our top 2 rated horses for each race

So please let us know if you just want to see our top 2 rated for every race or if you want to see an actual rating figure for each top rated horse.

    Thanks for your input

TPS – Build a Strategy Challenge, WIN 6 Months Free membership

Since 2nd May 2018 we have recorded the Betfair In-Running Odds as published by Timeform.
These results can be found in our results page, and are shown under the ‘Daily Rosta + Results’ tab then in column F in the Results workbook.

We have repeatedly found that bets are OFTEN matched at higher In-running odds than the Time Form records shown as the highest In Running odds. EG Timeform 16.5 Max odds – matched at 20, also Timeform 36 matched at 50, not to mention many more examples we have experienced.

When you review the In Running stats it will soon become obvious that there surely must be an opportunity to exploit these FREQUENTLY ACHIEVED and TRULY AMAZING Odds.

With this in mind we have decided to launch a competition for our members to devise their own strategy’s to exploit this opportunity.

As we have a good sized membership we feel it appropriate to harness the collective power of the various experiences and expertise that our members possess, and therfore ultimately adopt/develop the most profitable and secure strategy possible.

There will be many angles to consider, simply playing the In-Running options or exploring ways to add a few points to the daily average of ALL the winning selections, so as to ensure a profit even when backing all the 1st rated or the 2nd rated or both selections etc. The possibilities are immense.

That’s why we feel by engaging our members to deploy their various methodologies, styles and skills, should produce some very exciting options. Our idea is to draw up a short list of the best strategy’s and finally judge the best of the best, to find our ultimate WINNER who will be rewarded with 6 months free membership!!

Just to start you off here is one angle to explore, below is a copy of a typical day’s results, it shows 13 winners at average SP of 3.56.
So if we backed every selection to win we would win 13 x 2.56 = £33.28 at £1 stakes, minus £45 for the other 45 losing bets. So if we could raise the average odds to just 5, by utilizing the In-Running Odds, we would turn a losing day into a winning day (13 x 4 = £52 – £45 overall + £7.
Imagine what this could do if we found a way to increase the average odds a little more!!!

Another option might be to just focuss on the 1st rated or just the 2nd rated.
