My bitch Swift Hersilia is back on the Romford card today A2 1.04pm Trap 3

Having got injured running for Romford in the 714m track championship race @ Crayford a month ago , todays 400m is way to short distance for her now but has a chance if getting around the first two bends in the first three as will be staying on ,if coming off sound today will be back over 575m in open race next Friday as she is to fast for 575m graded after posting 35.39 in S1 which was 4th fastest graded time of the year , roll on Friday .

Worst day of the week today for the ratings

being a newbie to TPS i wonder if i am being too cheeky in asking what strategy you would use on these ratings?

Depends how much your starting bank is , how do you bet win only singles , accas and so on

For example I only do win singles when I really fancy a horse to win , every day I do win accas with 5 , 6 or 7 horses in each one for 10p stakes ,so around 90p each one and lay out total of 15 – 20 pounds per day , doing combinations of matts 1st & 2nd rated , with this you only need two or three to hit per month or cash out when get a good enough offer .

Earlier this week had 5 horses win in an acca but did 6 folds and 7 fold ,if one of the other horses had won it would have paid out 4,900 for 90p stake , not cashing out a the moment as always do the wrong thing as had a horse a month ago in leading a 16 runner hcp and betfair offered 300 to cash out with the four horses challenging my one and I cashed out , yes a horse passed my one then my horse rallied and got up on the line @ 12/1 , betfair would have then offered at least 1200 to cash out .
