thing with betting is you must accept bad days and know when to call it a day,but if you start missing days long term you loose out because chances are every time you come back could be a bad day .its just the way it is ,but long term you have to look at and if you have a bad day just halve your stakes for next day but your still in with a chance that way to recoup bad day ,if that makes sense

I limit odds to 1.3 min .I place each selection to win £10 per bet . I also do full loss recovery (not including trying to win the missed £10 although that’s very do- able its a but harder on the bank)
I have just flat backed them and flat backed them with loss recovery
so carl have i got this right you do every double match selection,to get £10 but if it looses your only betting full recovery but not the target £10,cause a bad run of at least 4 would start to get high ,and hence i only aim for one selection a race,other wise you would have to run to banks doing 1st and 2nd rated selection,also your not aiming to recover £10 target aswell as losses ,but jut your lost stake to get money back then start again to aim for ten pound target ?i aim for losses and the £10 target ,other wise your playing most of the day to get your losses back with out the target ,plus i play for daily profit target and stop or maybe i’m reading it wrong and you do target and full recovery ?and some of the selection will be under 1.3 mostly odds on fav unless you put them into the 2 place market to bump up the price

biggest problem you’ll get is they read some people on here wining £100 ,hitting 10 points profit a day ,o why arent they ,couple of thing’s some people on here winning ahve good banks built up over time,im not hitting big bucks and some times i think about cutting back on some services but to be honest i like them and the owners are gen people,some people join dont have a plan ,can not take a loosing run,90 min strat yes is good but stop trying to do 20,30,40,50,60 start 2,3,4,5,6,build your bank startig of with low stakes your bank should take loosing runs ,i print off the rating every day i put down the price the place price the results the % chance of them winning i done always get it right but now slowly starting to get it right with leaving 1ts or 2nd rated alone so on ,you got to put some ground work in ,it will pay off betting is long term not short term,im with some saying how bad the ratings was last april i think the diff is the ground last year and year before was wet we had lot of rain but ground dring out lovley this year so the ratings should pick up ,any way thats my 10 pence worth .bilud your bank and have 100 point bank slowly slowly catch a monkey lol
