Hi Carl,

I am not familiar with the bot you are using but one of the problems of automated betting is if the bot is set to wait for the last result prior to placing the next bet and if you are using a loss recovery system then I guess that is the case. The problem is that Betfair are not always very timely in confirming the results across the API. If your bot allows multiple systems to run then one way round this would be to split your bets across a couple of systems but then you still have a problem with loss recovery across all cards. Alternatively enter the results manually but that then negates the benefits of automated betting. I guess its a matter of tweaking the system until you find the best compromise but it’s funny isn’t it that the losers are the ones that get placed and the winners missed, it always seems to be the case.
