The next bet in the 10 bets series:
Bet No. 6 Derry City 19.45 to win (Draw No Bet) @2/5 (1.40) suggested stake £191.05.
Or you could start your own acca @ £20 to see how far he goes.
I shall be staking £150 as I am well in front on previous 5 bets.

I have spent a bit more, Elisabeth
I have split the ten into two groups, first group includes the 4 Americas with Azerbaijan in a £2 Acca, the second group the remaining 5 in a £2 acca and all 10 in a £1 acca. I have also substituted Panama for Jamaica and done a further £2 5-timer and £1 10-fold.
Total outlay £8, any one success shows a profit.
    Probably just lost £8!!

Sorry to hear of the loss you and your family are suffering and the unfortunate circumstances which meant that you could not be in the country.
Take heart that your many friends mourn with you and will help you through this difficult time.

Thanks for your fun acca, but are you sure that it includes Jamaica, who are currently priced @ 4.75 away to Panama, priced @ 1.75

Congrats, mate – but don’t forget that men are now entitled to something like two years paternity leave!!!
Have to get wifey to fill in for you while you take your leave entitlement!

    Elisabeth
I will also try the site you mention, £300 a weekend sounds fairly reasonable to me!

    Hi, James
I am sure that Jacqueline would explain it much better than me, but here is my input:
Basically, you only bet on handicap races in classes 1-4,
you only back horses that are in Matt’s Ratings and at BSP 4.00 or better.
If both rated horses are at better than BSP 4.00, back both.
    Try it and Good Luck!

Following Guarantee Football crazy idea of offering a friendly footy match as a betting proposition (isn’t hindsight wonderful?)
I would tentatively put forward a site I found a week or so ago as a possible alternative.
http://www.footballacca.co.uk membership costs just £9.99 for 365 days (a year to the rest of us!) and has a couple of threads running.
Quick picks has tips most days but the one that caught my eye is entitled 10 bets, in which John Clemence attempts to win £1000 within ten bets from a start stake of £20, re-investing all winnings for next bet.
Sound familiar?? I joined just over a week ago and the first bet was on Legia Warsaw, which lost and blew my £20.
Since then 5 consecutive winners which have made me over £200.
    The sequence goes £20 @ 5/6, £36.60 @ 8/11, £63.32 @ 8/15, £96.68 @ 9/20, £140.48 @ 4/11.

I must admit that I have been placing slightly smaller bets to ensure that I have recovered the £40 staked and cashed out last night at 60 minutes when Trelleborgs FF were 1-0 up.
Shortly afterwards their opponents equalised, which made me think I had made the right decision. Trelleborgs then went and scored 3 more goals to win the bet easily. But I avoided squeaky-bum period.
I am not suggesting that you all jump onto this site, but it is serving me at the moment. I suppose that it will start losing now that I have shared it, as Guarantee Football seems to have done recently.

Did you expect anything else, Stuart??
I have been following Jacqueline’s system for only 7 days (6 betting days) and have almost doubled my original bank (up by 95%).
I always start new-to-me systems with small stakes as I can never see the point of paper-trading.
My original bank was £100 and my stake set @2%.
each day my stake for that day’s betting is recalculated to 2% of new bank and to virtually double it in just 1 week is absolutely phenomenal.

I just received a letter from my bank to inform me that the interest rate on my small cash ISA has now been reassessed at 0.01%, from 0.25%.
I have just taken it all out to my own ‘betting reserve’
With reasonable care it will increase far quicker.

    Just use sensible restraint.
This is not a get-rich-quick industry but with good management you will succeed!

Yes, April was tough month, with both Aintree and Doncaster big meetings and the change-over from NH to flat -always a difficult time

    Thanks, Chris Baker.
I feel perfectly fit even though not as fast as 50 years ago!
It is frightening, however, when you get a phone call on Friday asking you to attend hospital the next day – especially as I have been waiting over 9 months for a cataract operation and my wife the same length of time to see a neuro-surgeon, although she does now have an appointment for early October.

    I shall keep going until I don’t!

Thanks for that, Jacqueline, and so much easier.
If you want me to, I will analyse the April results and see how we go from there. We can consolidate when we get all of them together.
If you drop me a line at sandygooner@gmail.com I will send you a sample sheet so that we both get it the same or you can send me a copy of the spreadsheet that you are using
