Another close call coming up in this 3.55.
If the odds stay as they are, I shall again let both ride as I fancy No Ceiling anyway

Bet 3 on the 10-bet acca is £42.84 on Club Brugge RESERVES to beat KV Fortrijk reserves kicking off at 6.30, priced @ 1.28.
Talk about scraping the barrel!! Who knows what side will be put out in a match like this??

Did anyone get the 4.10 race right??
Both horses fluctuated so much around off time that you could be excused for backing both or neither.
I left both running as I could not be sure which way it would go.
In the end His Kyllachy suddenly drifted at the off and Michaels Mount dipped below the 4.00 at the same time, far too late for me to cancel my bets.
History will show that we should only have backed the winner, but the situation on the ground was too tight to call.

I hadn’t bothered with how many points I had won or lost, Richard, just wanted to keep the cash register ticking!
But I have now been through the 22 days I have been following and found the total points won is just under 86, averaging just under 4 pts per day (3.88 to be exact)
I also noticed that, on some days, I had omitted to subtract the commission so my actual total before today was £595, not £675.
It’s an age thing! My excuse for any error these days

    Hi, Pippin
2% on each horse, provided Bsp is between 4.00 and 20.00.
I don’t back over 20.00 as Jacqueline suggests that no horse over this price has ever been a winner

    Remember, if following Jaymac
Avoid 3.05 and 4.15 at Ayr as too many runners (over 20)

    Hi, Pippin
It is an amazing stat, isn’t it?
But it is true, I can assure you.
I started with £100, staking 2% (2.00) on each qualifying selection.
Day 1 I backed 2 losers then a winner @ 4.50, which did not reach my 4% target, so continued with 1 more loser then a winner @ 11.35 taking bank up to 121.69.
Next day my stakes were increased to £2.43 (2% of bank) and ended the day with bank of £126.21 – not reaching 4% target but at least a profit.
And so it has continued until now, with my stakes yesterday up to £12.95 and showing a profit of £67 on the day after first race.
I can’t believe how quickly things have escalated, but will keep rolling along as long as the system does.
So that is my slant – 2% of bank as level stake for the day. Just update stake at beginning of day and stick with it throughout the day.
If you show a loss on the day (has happened 4 times) next days stakes will be reduced. But they will soon recover their former level (only once has it taken more than 1 day to do so)
Stick with it and KEEP RECORDS. It is the only way to focus your efforts and keep your spirits up in losing periods.

Hospital Visitor now departed, not sadly, but managed to back loser in 1.30 place system and get bets on for 2.00 race on both systems before she arrived.
Have just found out that Silvery Moon won and Father Bertie placed , closing both systems on a winner.
My bet on the place system was £10.48 @ 2.41 for Father Bertie to finish in first 4, winning £14.10 after commission and £6.20 after loss on Hushood.
As my target was £6.04, another winning day on the Johnnye B system. Not had a losing day so far , only 1 day has gone to 4th selection and the stake then was £40.68 @ 1.70. Rather a lot to make a day’s target of £5.21 as it was then, but well worth-while. I just keep thinking of the 1 million at the end!!

The Jaymac system also keeps forging ahead. My opening bank of £100 on August 24th now stands at £675 after only 21 days betting. I daren’t work out where that one will be in a year’s time!

    Keep the faith
