I am not normally one for negativity but after sending 2 emails without any response I have sadly decided to cancel my membership after all I do expect some form of customer service which so far has not materialized.

The ratings are excellent as is the members forum and the members that contribute pure nuggets of gold day in day out which I was warmly welcomed into and where needed gently coached into finally making consistent daily profits. The forum is more of a community alive with fantastic ideas where members are constantly refining there methods sharing there thoughts selections etc.

My point of this post is not to have a go its simply the need to point out the members forum has technical issues which needs to be addressed and resolved once and for all . I have several pc’s at home and even after clearing cashe,ie history and cookies from all 5 I still could not get into the forums last night now think of this how would new members get access to the forums which is where the site really does excel from others ?
