ParticipantI find your post very interesting Richard,It is a strange yet true fact about the first race each day.I’ve even found it slightly similar in the summer when 2 or 3 meetings kick off in the evenings and the most common thread running through it all was the good old non handicap feature,hence me using my method system of bets.I personally believe that rather than use my method as it presently works,it would maybe better to only use the first non handicap of the day over a run of 4 seperate days SAW.My reason being that each day could have different quality of race and also different going etc conditions instead of perhaps backing say 3 of the 4 at the same venue with bottomless conditions.I’m working on this .
ParticipantI must admit Richard,when I was looking through this lot last night I could not find any inspiration at all,and was relieved not to have to post any suggestions for today.I know there will be winners but it’s sheer pot luck to find any.

ParticipantJust a little update,for those who used to follow my method selections.It’s 4 days since I stopped posting, untill the NH form settles down.Well of course its sods law that all 4 days would have been winning ones at 3/1–3/1–8/11 and today 3/1.I will continue to monitor results and if all continues like this will start posting them each day again in a few weeks time if there is still interest.Hope everyone has had a profit filled day.

I posted for the time being last Friday simply to preserve the bank because of the difficult conditions for non handicaps at this time each year but I am still monitoring each day and of course sods law had it that on Saturday we would have had a first race winner at 3/1 and on Sunday a third race winner at 3/1.As soon as the jumps settle down in around a months time I’ll be back each day.Just think it’s the right thing to do as we want to make everyone money rather than the opposite. Cheers for asking.
