no james you should stop if you find yourself 5 points or more in profit…keep going till then…somedays can be a long slog but 5pt profit has been achieved many times in early trials

is either of matts rated horses or both…any rated horse that is higher than 4 (decimal) betfair sp…i have come across a few close calls with these…i usually tune into timeform radio just before the off to know when the runners are going behind…i will cancel any bets below 4 at this time…been caught out a couple times by placing bets that should have been cancelled and vice versa but not enough to be concerned about…another option is to keep the bet at in running a hope your horse wins at a bigger price in running…this happens all the time but is not for the novice betfair punter…will deal with subject at a later time when studies are completed

as am yet to record a losing week using this method albeit based on a very limited sample of races (july 19 th) it was a god send that keith posted me the ratings on a spreadsheet from march 22…twas keen to get stuck into these and started with a bang but alas a losing week in week 2…with ians help will get through them in due time…will post results up here a week at a time until completed…got through 2 weeks today despite having a lot on

just did it again ian…here is how i calculate it race by race

230 ex…minus 2pt
305 ex…plus 5.75pt
400 sou…minus 1pt
410 ex…minus 1pt
420 weth…plus 2.84pt
440 ex…minus 1pt
455 weth…plus 10.31pt…stop betting with plus 13.90 pt

just did the 23rd and ended up with small loss -.76pt

hope to get through all these but it will take time…if you want to do the checking too we should make a plan so we are not duplicating the same work

the mission will be completed so much quicker that way
