Robert, makes nice reading.
graham moggeParticipantRobert, What do points make? Prizes, what we are all here for. Points is just a measure, giving a clue to members as to how a system or method may work. Me, I am a professional gambler, so a point equals 10 pence. Others on here are a bit timid and use £100 per point, but it gives an idea as to how a method might work.
Richard and Matt, are producing the information for such systems, which is really good. It is up to the methods employed to ring the most out of them.
If Richard/Matt need more work, URGH! Maybe the ratings could be shown with a P/L to a level stake point to win or place.graham moggeParticipantMorning Carl, I allow 200 to 400 pts earmarked in my BF account which is a small part of the total. That’s based on your estimate of £100 bank per £1 stake, but better to have £200. So far my worst has been 3 losing bets and has not got near the whole bank. But only time will tell. Even if the bank is blown, its from profit or is recouped quickly.
graham moggeParticipantChris, Myself I prefer to see profit or loss as points, more straight forward for me at least. Today NRR was good total 15.5pts up with 2.5 pts recovered from yesterday. Last race 7.30pm which was a winning bet.
Thanks to Carl for this one. After 6 weeks about 350pts up. Can`t be more accurate because I changed the stakes about in the first couple of weeks.graham moggeParticipantCarl, hope I did not confuse the situation, I am happy with No Irish in NRR. Richard stated the other day Irish favs only win 22% I think it was, so was wondering on my other bot to lay them using small odds. Will see when I get time.
graham moggeParticipantHi Barry, just to speed you up, no Irish on NRR. Having a good day so far.
Richard mentioned the low strike rate of winning Irish Favs, wonder if there might be a case for laying them.graham moggeParticipantNice extra, Betfair Cash race. Points tick up on winners and losers, whilst using Bots and systems and just fancies.
graham moggeParticipantThanks Micheal, Just wasted a complete afternoon mending the toilet flush, and its cost me money instead of making it!
graham moggeParticipantCheers Carl. Also you were kind enough to put a setup link for NRR. If I use that link will the races still need to be chosen manually, ie. still delete AW etc.
Because at the moment I select the races we need but this does mean other methods, Little acorns cant use the deleted races.graham moggeParticipantHi Richard levett, no it was meant for Rich Storey. I was in a hurry, want to try your 7/20 system. Do you use TPS rating and your Irish, or do you tend to pick and choose, so to speak. Thanks Graham.
graham moggeParticipantMorning Richard. I have used Restart on previous occasions when losses have got high, and restarted with a larger stake but smaller than the loss, to regain some of the loss. So taking a smaller loss on the day, but rebuilding with profit from following days. But I like set and go. so prefer lower level stake that will get over 5 losers, which as Carl has says has not happened yet. Max yet 3. Then increase stake after profit growth. hope this helps.
graham moggeParticipantMicheal, nice to see your update. Yesterday was a poor day with the placing as well, soI quit half way through the afternoon. With NRR I got 3 losses at bigger stakes than usual, due to the odds. I thought it was set for 100% recovery, but not so, it took 3 bets to fully recover. Then one more losing bet followed by 5 winning bets. So the full run day gave 14pts profit. Great System. The point I make is it is a safe recovery rather than instant recovery.
graham moggeParticipantCarl, surely even you can`t improve on a 100%. Lol. “It just keeps rolling along”, Paul Robson.
graham moggeParticipantWonder how the new comers did today with NRR. 8 out of 8 can`t be bad.
graham moggeParticipantCarl, place was just a thought, although I would have tried it with lower odds. Maybe get 3 matched in the frame. Just been having various thoughts while waiting for NRR to get over a losing 3, and it just has. Just keeps clicking up.
