Hi Ian and Chris P, thank you for that and Chris that’d be extremely useful if you have the time to post what you’re staking on.
Ian I wasn’t for minute accusing you of fabricating, hence my remark about using different bookies and ironically you and Chris both use Bet365. I think that’s what I’ll do or check it.
Chris P I’m a bit confused by your order of staking though. Vinnievanbaileys ran on 3.8.16 not 4.8.16. My order on 3.8.16 was
1. Captain Ryan 6.0 lost
2. Muqarred 7.5 lost
3. Vinnievanbaileys 5.0 lost
4. Elle Rebelle 6.5 lost
5. Good luck charm 9.0 lost
6. Amazing Charm 9.0 lost
7. Hernadoshideaway 9.0 lostOn 4.8.16
1. Rainbow Orse 5.5 lost
2. Private Matter 7.5 lost
3. Ponty Royale 5.0 lost
EtcPs sorry to all members for taking up so much space with this. I’m just trying to understand Chris’ system fully.
PippinParticipantHi Paul
Chris P has set this out on the strategies page, but my understanding is that you start at the beginning of each session; you look at Matts ratings; you only place a bet if the odds are 4/1 plus; if two horses are 4/1 you split your stake; if they are lower you swerve that race; you increase your stake by a point if the race loses; you stop at 7 straight losses or a winner.
Obviously if I’ve got that wrong, someone please set me straight.
You, possibly like me, have suffered at the hands of being in a different booky to Ian and Chris. That said, I have records going back to the end of May and having had a cursory view, there would never have been anything more than a run of two straight losing days, let alone 4!! The problem is which booky to use and when you place your bet it appears.
Hope that helpsPippinParticipantIan B and Chris P, out of interest which booky are you using? I was operating race after race yesterday and across 3 bookies I use, the top odds were 7/2 so know where near the 9/2 Ian mentions.
PippinParticipantHi Chris P, do you mind confirming which races have given you profit on the 4/1 plus system as I’ve had 4 shocking days on it so could do with knowing if I’ve done something wrong? Your feedback will be much appreciated.
Matt S thanks as ever for your tips. Chaplin Bay certainly saved some part of the day!!??
PippinParticipantHi Chris are you sure about that with the 4/1 system. It’s lost 4 days on the bounce for me, granted only doing afternoon racing! Would be interested to see what you’ve bet on to win a profit??
PippinParticipantMatt S-you are the man!!! Keep em coming ??
PippinParticipantMatthew S let me be the first to congratulate you on that outstanding call!! CH CHING!! I managed to get on early at 5/1 so thank you very much ??
PippinParticipantIan B thanks for that. I can’t speak for others but if you were minded to post your selections on the forum if that’s possible, I’m sure we’d all welcome that and find it very useful.
Matt-thanks so much for your awesome tips yesterday. Certainly helped make the day become more profitable ??
PippinParticipantMorning Ian, how do you select your horses for your system? Regards Phil B
PippinParticipantI did an each way trixie based on your tips and got a decent return so I’m happy but I agree with you-seems to be the story of today. ???
PippinParticipantHi Dennis R great shout on that trixie. Thank you
PippinParticipantHi Chris P, I was wondering how you got on. I was gutted. I looked at the Snap Shots race and both odds were under 4/1 so I placed my stake in the next race then when I went into my other betting account, you guessed it, the odds had gone to 4/1 plus. I just knew it was going to happen. That said, still up from when I first started staking but out of interest at what point do you decide to stake or not stake? Good luck for tomorrow. Phil B
PippinParticipantAwesome call Simon-thanks to you and others for continuing to share ?
PippinParticipantChris Potterton-THANK YOU BOOOOOOOM!
PippinParticipantHi Chris just to help, I think other Chris intimated in an earlier thread that he waits and does each one in turn. Very quiet on here today. Phil
