James, this is awesome stuff and thank you for sharing. To clarify, when you say you dutched both, was that ONLY in those select venue races, or ALL races at those venues; from hereonin will you only be staking on those select races and when you dutch, do you use the traditional calculator to work a % of a point for each horse or do you level stake i.e. if 1 point = £10 £5 on each horse and £5 and £10 (i.e. £5 ew if 2nd horse is 8/1 plus)?

Just so I can work out which is more profitable.

Awesome Stuart well done. I’m not sure I’m understanding your staking though. Do you do level stakes of 2% each horse e.g. 10 and 10, or do you use something like odds checker to calculate what you should stake so it could be eg 15.75 and 4.25 depending upon odds of course?

Morning Stuart, I’m not sure how long you’ve been operating your system for but 60 odd points doesn’t sound bad.

Are you increasing daily stakes proportionate to your betting bank? You may find that if you take a % of your daily bet bank and use that for the day, that may help. Some punters operate on a 2% of bet bank as a general rule. I do.

It’s a case of trial and error. Try sticking with what you’re doing and maybe also paper trialling, increasing your daily stake by a % or point if you have a losing day (as in guessing you place all your bets in one hit and leave the races to run?) and see how it fairs over a month or two, although bear in mind we are entering a difficult period.
