Hi Elizabeth, so sorry for late reply-children’s party!! I go 5-20 on my Acca’s and I also vary them throughout the weekend depending on results. I’ll gladly post if interested, when they come in they’re great. Now we are seeing patterns in the different leagues it’s becoming far more profitable but I also do a lot of in play laying which subsidises my horse investments.

I’m on with ladbrokes today but I use various other bookies like yourself. I’d also recommend mixing up the matches splitting them into 6-10.

Ian B – thanks for that. I see. So long as the betfair place odds are between 1.6-4.0 that’s a goer and you then deduct the 1 afterwards as part of the formula to calculate the stake?

I suppose, as you say, with the lower odds rated horse the financial (stake) outlay will be greater (yesterday we would’ve been dividing by 1.1 then) but hopefully it mitigates against yesterday’s misfortune. If you are able to please do still post what you’ll be betting on as it’s a very useful guide. Thanks for your time.
