Carl, Neil gave me a roulette update and as I wasn’t able to post selections today, I gave him a little taster of the rules I have for the AvB win selection process.
I don’t use the odds total but more market position in 6-9 runner flat turf handicaps.
Most times both AvB selections qualify but sometimes there is just a single selection.
Additionally as I don’t normally post on Saturdays it was good to see how successful it proved to be on weekends (considering the last 3 days have been winning ones).Did anyone record what the AvB selections were for the races Neil listed at all?
Dean HarrisMember6 meetings, poor racing (either fields are too low or too high) and Sandown without an AvB market, I only have 1 qualifying race today (so far, will check back again later).
York 16.40 Theydon Grey/Mark Hopkins
Dean HarrisMemberThanks for the messages team. Have just caught up so sorry if I hadn’t replied sooner.
I’m yet to check the results but sounds like all went well.
Computer has gone to a fixer so hopefully will have it back tomorrow (I’ll be on the snail trail until it’s fixed though).Dean HarrisMemberI’m having PC issues today. My normal laptop has broken down and my spare (the wife’s) is slower than a snail through honey. I have a few win tips (from AvB selections) UPDATED –
Font 14.55 Amron Kali
Nott 15.20 George Bowen/Magical Effect
Newb 16.15 Pyjamarama/Limelite
Nott 16.30 Mirzam/Prize Diva
Newb 16.50 Bartholomew J/King of Scotland
Nott 17.00 St Dunstan
Nott 17.30 The Dukkerer/Diamond RunnerDean HarrisMemberWell said Matt. I, and I am sure many others do too, appreciate your feedback and the effort you put in (my post was nothing against you or the work you do).
I would like to add that I tried Racing Dossier (which was mentioned in the review) and it did not keep me involved. You couldn’t make out winners using the numbers given, they had a few but not every top rated was as good as their numbers showed – I even tried it alongside the TPS ratings to see where coincidences lie – I think it goes without saying which is best because I am still here and not there.
Please don’t take me the wrong way but I do like the way you KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid)…haha – we all work from the 2 horses you supply and the strategies we use come from this.
I look forward to seeing what TPS adds to the site and you know we are all here if you need testers before something goes live. Thanks for everything Matt, Jason and members.
Dean HarrisMemberThanks for posting that Carl (and Jmac originally).
It definitely raises some points and I can see where they are coming from.
The ratings produce a lot of winners but also a lot of losers so it’s all down to how people use them.
We as a forum add to the quality of the service so I do feel we are not just paying to get the ratings but also paying to advise???
I did want to make a point about the email that went out earlier this week regarding last week too. The ratings were provided by Richard (not Matt) therefore not the standard selection process so I felt it wrong to advertise the service based on someone else’s results – just my POV anyway.
I like being on here and making friends and I wouldn’t have it any other way, but thinking about it do I really want to pay to chat & advise? So maybe either an improvement to the site and it’s quality is needed or make the forum free & reduce the cost of the membership???
Rant over – sounds like it’s been a good day all round ? Well done everyone.Dean HarrisMemberThanks Carl. I saw Jacqueline mentioned a review was done with regards to the marketing, but it doesn’t say where the review is (unless I’ve missed something).

I suggest using Oddschecker and shopping around.Dean HarrisMemberAvB/DM selections –

Dean HarrisMemberHave found a good greyhound tipster that might be worth following – they have won with 1 already today and they have another running later, so thought I would share.
Sunderland 18.04 Ballinakilldelta
Dean HarrisMemberI’ve been looking at angles to use the AvB selections to find winners, hence the radio silence recently, and today so far there have been 3 from 3 races (dutching selections where possible) so maybe I am onto something (I know it’s a bit late now but wanted to make sure first – yesterday was the opposite).
So far –
Salis 15.30 Jashma/Secret Agent – lost/won
Salis 16.00 Harebell/Billesdon Bess – lost/won
Salis 16.30 Loving Your Work/Cotton Club – lost/wonNow the AvB evening selections are up (thanks for the update Neil), I’ve done some more research and these are qualifying –
