    4/1 Plus done and dusted nice and early as Champagne Rules bolts up. I will assume that no one got 4/1 about Quazyna, so its 8.5 units profit moving us on to 89.5 units.

    Hi Pippin, 7/20 has been up and down, are you using the Irish ratings that Richard provides? That is a must, mind you, did ok Friday on Matts alone, but I must agree it has slowed down a lot and I am going slowly backwards, but I reckon its the time of year!

    What a fascinating exchange on laying. Robert, thanks for explaining the recovery bet formula, I now understand it (born mathematical dunce) Richard, can you manage arbing like that on a part time basis, is there a site that quickly shows options? Cheers Fellas, great stuff.

    You wpould think so Carl, but the overround exists on all markets to build in that edge. Laying one or two horses in a race means that you can still lose and spectacularly so when laying, you need to lay all if your going to be statistical in your approach, then you will win as long as you only lay when your totals add up to more than 100.

    Hi Pippin, 7/20 has been a bit up and down recently, there being a bit of a backward move in my bank, however I am still more than halfway to my take out and start again target, and this is a dodgy time of year so I still expect to draw well before Christmas.
