after a bad start yesterday have taken Richards and pippins advice ,(I know the ratings are not tips)and I try to research I belong to time form and I look at racing posts information and at the races information .
would you kindly tell me what strategy you use , would be much appreciated
listened to a pod cast from at the races ,they wont touch the king George ,no depth
they did put up 2 Fine rightly for the Lexus at leopardstown and Bonnie Kate for the Paddy power chase

would appreciate your expert advice where to put my betting bank I have £200 to start ,I already have two accounts with small amounts in betfair £35 and paddy power £48
but would like to follow the 60min plan with 5% stakes daily win of £30 which I would be happy with to supplement pension
after watching all your posts you seem to be very informative and adept at making profits

good morning all
I have produced a excel spreadsheet for football , based on Danny’s post for his method of selection for accas .i.e. plus 3 to their points for home team ,minus 3 for away team with the total deducting one from the other to be at +10 level . the highest minus figures will be the away team bets
it takes the work out of pen and paper ,just add teams and points ,the formulae does the calcs, I’ve done Boxing days already

who knows we may get same as Danny a large offer to cash out

I have Just returned to the site after a long and tiring illness and several operations (almost 2 yrs)growing old (76).I would like to thank you all for your posts and shared information. you are a friendly set ,thank you Robert I made a small profit on some of your bets (started with £20 bank with bet fair)profit of £25 now have 45.
I missed your football tips Danny as my lovely nursing sister daughter came in to check on me for the afternoon.
I will keep looking on the forum ,as any information is most welcomed from you all to boost the pension .
