    FOOTBALL from 1WinADay
    Match: Juventus Vs Real Madrid
    Tip: Draw At Half Time
    Decimal Odds: 2.05

In a close game that could end 0-0 or 2-2
the over and under is tricky. With Juve’s style the
under seems appealing but they’ve had a lot
of 2 goal games and 2 out of 5 CL games have
gone the over in their own right. Madrid don’t do
low scoring games often… but it’s still just too
    tricky.
An outright winner, also judging by the bookies
odds difficult to judge. But a tight affair for 45
minutes… Juvve being resolute for one half and
the half way point being 0-0 or a cheeky 1-1
seems more than reasonable at over evens.

Thanks for answering Michael’s question Carl. I had to go and do a Tesco’s run for the weekend so have only just seen it.
Michael Mortlock, I hoped Carl’s answer helped explain it.
With regards to staking, using loss recovery/stop at a winner (SAW), I calculate the stake based on the profit target I want.
This is the calculation – 1pt x 1.06 (to cover commission) = 1.06pts then divide this by the available odds minus 1 (so if the odds show as 2, minus 1 = 1 so divide 1.06pts by 1).
    Sample using £10 per point and odds of say 1.86 – £10 x 1.06 = £10.60 divide by 0.86 = £12.33 – this will be the stake on the 1st race.
    If it wins, stop.
If it loses, add your losing stake to your PT and do the same calculation – £10 + £12.33 = £22.33 x 1.06 = £23.67 divide by (odds-1) for the next stake.
    If it wins, stop.
If it loses, add both losing stakes to the PT and re-do the calculation again – and I hope you get the gist from here.

Carl, I won’t be able to post an AvB list tomorrow as I’m out all day. The honour is yours buddy. I’ll be back on Monday.
