The Professional Syndicate ratings delivered another masterclass on Thursday, headlined by a stunning victory from Sacred Fire (18/1) in the opener at Newmarket. The progressive three-year-old validated his superior 74 rating against the field with an impressive performance.

Down Royal proved particularly profitable for TPS followers, with The Yellow Clay justifying top rating status in the 12:25, while Sansrisk (7/2) delivered in the Grade 3 Mares Novice Hurdle. The consistency continued when ratings-topper Brighterdaysahead claimed the Group 3 Bottlegreen Hurdle.

Value seekers were rewarded at multiple venues, with Sixtygeesbaby (10/3) proving the ratings right at Newmarket, while Daboya (10/1) showed that bigger prices aren't beyond our reach at Dundalk.

Level stakes betting on top-rated selections would have yielded profit, but the smart money followed the ratings gaps - particularly when our top-rated runner was priced above 3/1. Once again, The Professional Syndicate's scientific approach has cut through the market noise to find genuine value.

A particular highlight was the multiple occasions where our ratings correctly predicted the exact finishing order of the top three runners, proving once again that science beats speculation in the long run.
